Hey guys, Sid here, please read something I’ve written for you; If you believe in multiculturalism, and equality to all people, then I’d appreciate it if you open this link and vote ‘NO’ for the ban on the ‘Hijaab’ in New Zealand; the people voting ‘YES’ are winning at the moment, vote and don’t let this happen. The ‘Hijaab’ is a religious dressing worn by the muslim women, I mean, if nuns are allowed to wear what they want when they roam the streets, then why are muslim women treated un equally? It doesn’t make sense at all, it just tells me that yes, discrimination does exist! Even when we strive to create a ‘good’ and ‘healthy’ world with equality to all people.
Don’t listen to my words, I’m not telling you to vote ‘No’, think for yourself and decide what’s right and what’s wrong. Please. Thank you. Just think about this though, if your religion was being restricted from wearing or doing anything that is religious; would you stand for it? Muslim women are going to be robbed of the ability to abide by their religion if the votes for ‘YES’ win, you can save the ‘Hijaab’ by voting ‘NO’.
